Pipeline Construction

As-built and GIS facilities are provided.  A complete as-built record for each pipeline is maintained and PipemaX can be used for an ongoing as-built reference and monitoring.  Another feature is that all the information for a particular pipeline construction project can be loaded into a master database covering any number of pipelines.

Services can be provided to take data from PipemaX to feed, as may be appropriate, into a pipeline integrity system.  Note that the details that can be recorded at each joint include the Northing and Easting co-ordinates from a GPS as well as the elevation level.  This can be of particular use when GIS mapping tools are used to plot the as-built pipeline route.

Pipes and Welds Barchart Report

Pipes and Welds Barchart Report

Individual pipe lengths are reported according to a reference number. For each pipe number, the Cast Number is recorded which enables the as-built records to give full material traceability to steel batch cast numbers.  This would be of particular relevance if quality problems occur and it is necessary to locate pipe lengths from the same batch.

A traditional barchart style report is available if as-built information handover needs to be in hard copy format.
